Delivery conditions
Our normal delivery times are 2-7 working days depending on the selected shipping option. Orders placed on weekends are sent the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.
The shipping cost is SEK 39 and if the order is over SEK 300, shipping is free. The delivery comes with DHL.
Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the information about your order. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact our customer service.
Unclaimed packages
You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If True Products in Stockholm AB receives back a package that was sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is the customer who pays for new shipping. For orders that are not picked up, the shipping fee of SEK 39 is charged.
Complaints & Returns
According to Swedish law, you as a consumer have the opportunity to complain about a product for up to 3 years after the purchase, however within a reasonable time from the discovery of a fault. The right to complain applies to errors that can be derived from the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product. True Products in Stockholm AB reserves the right to remedy the error in the first place, redelivery of the product in the second place and repurchase in the last place. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's decision.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products on kolai.se and True Products in Stockholm AB, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. You are responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged in connection with receiving the package.
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce.
Please note that True Products in Stockholm AB does not cover return shipping.
